Fired prison guard’s speech rights debated
Dayton Daily News: A Lebanon Correctional Institution prison guard was fired after posting a Facebook comment about Gov. John Kasich, but it raises the question of social media privacy. Raymond Ku, professor of law and co-director of the Center for Law Technology and the Arts, said the guard probably has a good case for getting his job back.
