The week of April 25, Qualtrics will migrate from Contacts, its legacy contact database, to XM Directory. This is an automatic migration, so users do not need to take any action.
However, there are some notable changes occurring—such as a drop-down option for consolidating duplicate contacts and new directions for adding contacts from a survey—so University Technology recommends reviewing those on UTech’s Qualtrics Information page. You can also learn more about XM Directory on the Qualtrics website.
