Rachel Mulheren, assistant professor in the Department of Psychological Sciences, won the second-place New Investigator Award for her presentation titled “The Effect of Attention on Swallowing in Healthy Individuals: An Exploratory Study.” The honor was awarded by the Dysphagia Research Society at its 26th annual meeting.
