Crime of parents killing their kids is not so uncommon

Minneapolis Star-Tribune: A Wisconsin father is being accused of killing his three daughters, a crime called filicide. In many cases, the parents who commit these crimes are not mentally unstable, said Phillip Resnick, professor of psychiatry. “The general lay-public response is they must be crazy, but that’s not always the case,” he said.
