Ohio teen competent for trial in school shooting: judge
Reuters: On Wednesday, a judge declared T.J. Lane, the teen charged in the death of three students and wounding of two in Chardon, competent to stand trial. Phillip Resnick, professor of forensic psychiatry, found that though Lane suffers from “psychosis,” it “does not interfere with his ability to assist in his defense.”
