Provost Search Committee to hold open meetings for campus community

The people leading the search for Case Western Reserve’s next provost want to hear from the campus community.

Starting next week, the Provost Search Committee will hold a series of open meetings to learn more about the knowledge, talents and experiences people would like to see in the university’s next chief academic officer. The group also hopes faculty, staff and students will share thoughts about the institution’s strengths, opportunities and challenges.

The schedule and locations for the meetings are:

  • Tuesday, Oct. 17, from noon to 1 p.m., Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel Center for Community Studies, Room 115
  • Thursday, Oct. 19, from 7 to 8 a.m., Wolstein Research Building Auditorium, Room 1413
  • Friday, Oct. 20, from 1 to 2 p.m., Nord 356
  • Wednesday, Oct. 25, from 4 to 5 p.m., Tinkham Veale University Center, Student Organization Center (behind the Grand Staircase in the Commons area)

In addition, members of the campus community can nominate potential candidates for the position by emailing CWRUProvost@spencerstuart.com.
