Properly dispose of hard drives when Cintas truck comes to campus Dec. 19

The Cintas Mobile Hard Drive Disposal truck will be on campus Wednesday, Dec. 19. The service shreds hard-drive cases and platters and provides documentation of destruction in a manner compliant with the Case Western Reserve University Media Sanitizing Operating Procedure.

If you have hard drives in your inventory that need to be disposed of, bring them to Kelvin Smith Library room 207 or call Ruth Cannon at 216.368.0633 to schedule pickup by Monday, Dec. 17. Please also provide a spreadsheet that identifies the hard drives and speedtype(s) to be charged for their disposal. The cost for the service is $25 per drive.
