Members of the Case Western Reserve University community are invited to join the LGBT Center for a pronoun workshop Thursday, Feb. 1, from 1:30 to 3 p.m. in the Tinkham Veale University Center first-floor conference room.
Attendees will practice using gender neutral pronouns in conversation and learn why proper pronoun use matters.
Specifically, this workshop will answer the following questions:
- What are pronouns?
- What are gender neutral and neopronouns?
- How do I use gender neutral and neopronouns?
- Why are pronouns important?
There also will be an opportunity to practice using gender neutral and neopronouns through partnered activities.
