Martha Woodmansee, professor of English and law, participated in a panel discussion at the International Society for the History and Theory of Intellectual Property’s seventh annual workshop this summer.
The University of Pennsylvania School of Law hosted the workshop. Other panel participants included Lionel Bently of Cambridge University, Kathy Bowrey of the University of New South Wales and Adrian Johns of the University of Chicago.
