Abortion clinic buffer zones: Does court ruling put many in peril?

Brennan Professor of Law and professor of political science, discussed the outcome of the U.S. Supreme Court decision on buffer zones preventing protesters from coming within a certain vicinity of abortion clinics in Massachusetts and the impact it could have on other states with similar laws mandating buffer zones. “We’re talking about a case that is in some ways a 5-to-4 decision,” he said. “So, might some member of the five-justice majority be persuaded that buffer zones in general are problematic? I don’t know. That’s the question.”
