Los Angeles Times: When it comes to the future of healthcare reform, Political Science Chair Joseph White said although the forthcoming Supreme Court ruling is critical, the real future will be decided by the November elections. “If the Republicans win the elections, the healthcare law is dead,” he said. “If the Democrats don’t have a say in government, it’s just too tempting for Republicans to cut spending on healthcare.”
