In May, Brian Gran, professor of sociology and law, was invited by the Oxford Children’s Rights Network to give a presentation to Oxford University’s Bonavero Institute of Human Rights. Gran’s presentation concentrated on his book, The Sociology of Children’s Rights, which Polity Press recently published.
The audience consisted of academics and children’s rights advocates. The Bonavero Institute of Human Rights is part of the Faculty of Law of Oxford University.
