Professor Brian Gran and lecturer Ram Fish argue for an unfiltered internet

Brian Gran, professor of sociology and law, and Ram Fish, lecturer in technology management, co-authored a piece arguing that an unfiltered internet could topple autocrats.

“In the information age, information itself is also a key weapon and should not be ignored in the fight against authoritarian regimes,” they opened.

The Hill published their piece, titled “An open, unfiltered internet could be the key to toppling autocrats.”
