“Strategy & Developing Others (DiSC Series part IV)”

June 11

Our people are our most valuable resource, and it’s important we develop them so they are prepared for whatever comes next. In this three-hour course, participants will learn why it’s important to develop their people, how it should align with their broader strategic mission and vision, and how to tailor how they approach development to different DiSC styles.

This session is part four of six in the Management Development Series.

“Evaluating Performance”

June 25
8 a.m. to noon

Great managers talk about performance with their employees consistently and constantly. In this four-hour course, participants will learn about every aspect of the performance management cycle, including:

  • Setting clear expectations;
  • Creating goals;
  • Giving feedback;
  • Coaching; and
  • Evaluating performance.

Participants also will practice skills related to each aspect of the cycle while also reviewing the Human Resources paperwork around evaluating performance.
