Those interested in earning the PDC’s Employee Supervision Certificate are encouraged to review the program requirements to set themselves up for success this fall.
Additionally, Career Development Consultations are available year round. These sessions allow staff members to meet with the career development manager in a one-on-one capacity to discuss topics such as difficult conversations, performance evaluations, self-assessments or skills such as time management, organization, and more.
