With a little more than a month left before the start of the fall semester, there is still time for faculty members to work on their writing.
Join the University Center for Innovation in Teaching and Education (UCITE) on Thursday, July 13, for a group discussion with Megan Jewell from the Writing Resource Center on how to write productively over the summer. Whether working on an article for publication or another critical or creative project, faculty can benefit from talking to other writers and discussing the summer process. Topics will include time management, motivation strategies, and the benefits of collaboration, such as working with accountability partners and in writing groups.
The session will be held July 13 from noon to 1 p.m. in the Herrick Room of the Allen Memorial Medical Library Building. Please use the Adelbert Road doors.
Pizza, sodas and water will be provided. RSVP to ucite@case.edu.
