Case Western Reserve University’s Department of Theater will host a production of Silent Sky by Lauren Gunderson, the true story of Henrietta Leavitt, a trail-blazing 19th century astronomer, who changed the way we understand the heavens and earth through her scientific discoveries while battling a society where men claimed credit for them.
Shows will be held Oct. 4, 5, 11 and 12 at 7:30 p.m. and Oct. 6 and 13 at 3 p.m. at the Kalberer Theatre at Maltz Performing Arts Center.
Tickets cost $10 for general admission, $7 for for CWRU faculty/staff and adults 60+, and $5 for students with ID.
