Case Western Reserve University’s Office of Procurement & Distribution Services reached preferred supplier sales agreements for scientific lab supplies, equipment and instrumentation with VWR International LLC and Fisher Scientific LLC. These two firms effectively will compete for CWRU requirements and offer fair benchmarked pricing on all items.
These new agreements position each firm with on-site supply centers and two SmartCart seats (Punch-Out and Supply Center).
Additional value-adds include: ability to re-sell almost any product via e-quotes, free regular shipping, 1 percent prompt payment discount, dynamic price quoting (estimated next business day) and excellent customer service.
VWR’s Catalyst Lab Services operates an on-site supply center located in Biomedical Research Building, Room RB3H. Fisher’s Unity Lab Services operates an on-site supply center in the Millis Hall, with free desktop delivery.
