The Office of Procurement and Distribution Services has announced a new multiyear supplier/partnership sales agreement for office supplies with OfficeMax Inc. The transition is expected to go live in SmartCART by July 19.
This agreement meets universitywide strategic sourcing goals to control costs, ensure excellent service and promote responsible stewardship of CWRU office supply spending.
Highlights of the new agreement include:
- Free next-day shipping;
- Commitment to diversity and sustainable sourcing; and
- OfficeMax Customer Perks Program: 10 percent discount for all faculty, staff and students on all personal in-store, online or pick-up purchasing. A rewards card will be sent to all CWRU staff, students and faculty within the next 30 days.
