Members of the Case Western Reserve University community are invited to a CWRU Entrepreneurship Skills Lab Series workshop on completing a market analysis. William Tavel (MGT ’18, CWR ’17), CEO and founder of Cassandra Consulting Company, will lead this session, titled “Primary Research: The Key to Unlocking the Voice of Your Customer,” Friday, Oct. 13, from noon to 1:30 p.m. on the second floor of Sears think[box].
Cassandra Consulting Group is a bespoke health and development finance advisory and impact management consulting firm.
Tavel will explain how primary research is so much more than simple surveys or in-depth interviews. It is an entire field of research that helps inform and validate business decisions from the very early stages of ideation, all the way through to strategic large-scale business operations. Understanding the different types of primary research, how to use them, and then how to interpret and integrate your findings into a practical strategy is a key skill budding entrepreneurs must develop.
Those who attend this workshop will learn about the ins and outs of talking with stakeholders as they start their business.
