Case Western Reserve University receives $2.2 million to establish professorship

The Plain Dealer: Jane Nord and the Eric and Jane Nord Family Fund committed $2.2 million to establish the Eric and Jane Nord Family Professorship. Peter Knox, who came to the university in December, was appointed to the professorship and named director of the Baker-Nord Center for the Humanities. “The Nord family’s engagement with Case Western Reserve has brought profound positive effects to the university,” President Barbara R. Snyder said in a statement.
