The Office for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusive Engagement invites PhD students and postdocs at Case Western Reserve University to the “Preparing Future Faculty Retreat! A Necessity of Navigating” Nov. 10–11.
This retreat is designed to assist postdocs and PhD students making the transition to careers in academia as tenure-track faculty members and/or researchers.
There will be both specialized workshops and plenary sessions with higher education experts who will provide a unique lens and proven strategies for success, particularly among underrepresented minority graduate students and postdocs.
