Political science’s Kathryn Lavelle speaks on climate change at global governance workshop

Kathryn Lavelle, Ellen and Dixon Long Professor of World Affairs in the College of Arts and Sciences, recently gave a presentation titled “Regime Complexity and Territory: Environmental Climate Change and Actors and Interests in the Arctic” at the Barcelona Workshop on Global Governance.

The Barcelona Workshop on Global Governance is a meeting that hosts scholars from North America, Australia and Europe to explore interactions among international organizations. During her presentation, Lavelle spoke about a series of interviews she conducted last year while investigating international governance of the Arctic amidst rapid climate change.
