Research ShowCASE 2016 will be held Friday, April 15, in the Veale Convocation, Recreation and Athletic Center.
Graduate students, post-docs, professional students, faculty and staff must submit their abstracts for Research ShowCASE by Monday, Feb. 29. Undergraduate submissions will be accepted from mid-February until March 18.
Participants can display research in conventional scientific posters, interactive display booths, oral presentations or through other creative means. University Hospitals, Cleveland Clinic, MetroHealth Medical Center and the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center researchers also are invited to participate.
In addition, undergraduate and graduate/professional students and postdoctoral scholars are encouraged to participate in the research competition, which will include having their research presentation evaluated, with feedback provided. Prizes will be awarded to winning entries.
In order for work to be displayed at Research ShowCASE, an online abstract describing the research must be submitted. Student submissions must be approved by the students’ faculty advisers.
