Physics professor Robert Brown receives American Physical Society award

Robert Brown CWRURobert Brown, Distinguished University Professor and Institute Professor in the Department of Physics, received the 2014 William A. Fowler Award for Distinguished Research from the American Physical Society.

This award honors members of the society with appreciable connections to the State of Ohio at some time in their life who have done outstanding research in physics. Specifically, Brown was recognized for his work in theoretical physics of particles and fields.
