More than 1,350 members of the Case Western Reserve University Class of 2025 and transfer students are settling into their new homes on campus after this weekend’s move-in days. Marked by beautiful summer weather, the weekend was an all-hands-on-deck experience as volunteers—including President and Mrs. Kaler—helped unpack boxes, bins and baskets alongside students and their families.

While the weekend included some modifications to account for the COVID-19 pandemic, including masks and testing, spirits were high as students met their peers for the first time.

But the weekend’s events are just the beginning. A full schedule is planned to help students acclimate to CWRU and Cleveland.

Check out the Discover Week schedule to find out what they’ll be up to—and keep an eye on The Daily throughout this week to learn more about the Class of 2025.
