PhD student selected as one of 2016’s Top Thought Leaders in Trust

Robert EastonRobert Easton, a PhD candidate in Management: Designing Sustainable Systems, was recently named to Trust Across America-Trust Around the World’s (TAA-TAW) list of 2016 Top Thought Leaders.

The awards program is in its sixth year of celebrating professionals who are transforming the way organizations do business.

Easton joins other well-known CEOs, authors and leadership advisors including Steven Covey (author of The 7 Habits) and Bill George (former CEO of Medtronics and author of True North) as well as other teachers and researchers committed to building organizational trust and trustworthiness. Weatherhead School of Management’s David Cooperrider, the Fairmount Santrol – David L. Cooperrider Professor of Appreciative Inquiry, also made the list this year.

Easton is senior managing director at Accenture, well known for the contributions he has made in building trust-based relationship through his Ways of Working program.
