PeopleSoft Financials users: now you can override default ship-to location, SpeedType on requisitions

This past June, members of the Case Western Reserve University community were advised of an issue affecting purchase orders (POs) in PeopleSoft Financials. Users experienced difficulties overriding the default “Ship-to Location” at the requisition level. The issue affected SmartCART POs, in which incorrect ship-to locations were sourced onto the PO. Additionally, the SpeedType default in requisition settings malfunctioned on the checkout screen.

The Case Western Reserve ERP team has continued to work with the university’s PeopleSoft Financials partners on a resolution. Effective 8:30 a.m. Sept. 25, technical changes will be made to PeopleSoft Financials that will resolve these issues.
