PeopleSoft Financials to be upgraded this weekend; note times when services will be unavailable

PeopleSoft Financials will be upgraded to version 9.2 from Thursday, April 16, at 5 p.m., through Monday, April 20, at 8 a.m. During this time, users will be unable to access PeopleSoft Financials. The Financial Reporting system will remain available Friday, April 17, and Saturday, April 18.

On Friday, April 17, the Case Western Reserve University Cashier’s Office will not be able to accept deposits and petty cash vouchers; however, they will be able to process student payments.

In advance of the upgrade, ensure Web browser bookmarks or favorites are pointed to case.edu/fin and case.edu/erp/report.
