Pediatrics’ Nadzeya Marozkina publishes new book connecting nutrition, cancer prevention

Nadzeya Marozkina, assistant professor of pediatrics, published a book titled Essential Components of Nutrition (vitamins, micro and macroelements, proteins, carbohydrates and essential fatty acids) in Cancer Prevention.

The book is designed both for medical professionals and the general population as it addresses the varying long-term effects of today’s nutritional decisions. The book contains chapters about vitamins, minerals, water, salt, food preservation, antioxidants, smoking, cancer prevention and cancer risk.
