Are you new(er) to yoga or looking to enhance your practice?
In the company of other beginners, join us to learn the fundamentals of alignment and breathing, basic Vinyasa Yoga and centering in a fun, safe, and non-competitive environment. Autumn and Katie will empower your practice with a 75-minute yoga basics workshop; breaking down the poses of a typical Vinyasa Flow class. They will then lead you through a 45-minute slower flow where you will put what you learned to practice!
