121 Fitness’ nutrition- and fitness-based lecture series, “Get Fit Together,” will start again next week.
The Get Fit Together Nutrition and Fitness seminar series will run for eight weeks with three on-campus weekly class days and times available:
- Tuesdays, March 24-May 12, from noon to 1 p.m., in Rockefeller Building, Room 301
- Wednesdays, March 25-May 13, from 5:15 to 6:15 p.m., DeGrace Hall, Room 312
- Thursdays, March 26-May 14, from noon to 1 p.m., in Leutner Commons, Room L3
The seminar series will include fun and interactive lectures and healthy recipe samples provided each class. Each participant will get their own “Healthy Workbook” to use each class and will receive four free guest passes to 121 Fitness.
Wellness Program participants can take the class for free. All others are welcome, and the cost is $30 for all eight classes.
