The annual Stephanie Tubbs Jones Homecoming 5K Race and 1-Mile Fun Run will be held Saturday, Oct. 10, starting at 8:30 a.m. in front of Starbucks on East 115th Street. All alumni, students, faculty, staff and friends of the university are invited to participate.
The Office of Student Activities and Leadership, Case Western Reserve University Athletics and Bon Appetit Management Co. will host the run in honor of the late alumna and Rep. Stephanie Tubbs Jones, who embodied the spirit of community and Spartan pride.
All proceeds from the race directly benefit a current undergraduate student at Case Western Reserve University through the Stephanie Tubbs Jones Scholarship. For more information about the scholarship, visit students.case.edu/awards/tubbsjones/.
