The Center for Civic Engagement and Learning (CCEL) will collaborate with the Sustained Dialogue Network and the Office of Multicultural Affairs to offer the second annual Perspective Understanding Leadership Sustained Exchange (PULSE) retreat during the MLK Week Celebration.
The retreat, held Jan. 16-18, will give students the opportunity to travel off campus to Beulah Beach Camp & Retreat Center on the shores of Lake Erie to engage in intentional dialogue and explore issues of identity, diversity, leadership and inclusion. The ultimate goal of PULSE is to enable young leaders to find common ground to address the world’s most pressing problems.
PULSE is open to undergraduate and graduate students from all backgrounds at Case Western Reserve University. All transportation, meals and lodging will be provided, but spots are limited. Applications are available online and will be accepted on a rolling basis until the program is full.
