Case Western Reserve University ID holders with access to the Veale Convocation, Recreation and Athletic Center are invited to take advantage of several aquatic opportunities to help stay active and healthy.
The One to One Fitness Center will manage open swim, swim lessons and lifeguard certification courses at the Donnell Pool at Veale Center.
The six-lane, 25-yard pool is available for open swim:
- Monday through Friday: 7:45 to 9 a.m.
- Monday through Friday: 4 to 8 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday: noon to 2 p.m.
Swim lessons are available for those of all skill levels from beginners to those looking to perfect their technique. Schedule an appointment for lessons.
Those interested in becoming a lifeguard can take certification courses (29.5 hours) by appointment. Courses are open to the public. The next scheduled course begins April 6. Sign up to participate in the certification courses.
