The Case Western Reserve University Muslim Student Association will host its annual Fast-a-Thon charitable fundraiser dinner in support of the Syrian Orphans Organization on Saturday, Oct 5., at 7 p.m. in the Thwing Center ballroom.
The event is an effort to raise awareness about the humanitarian situation in Syria.
All members of the Case Western Reserve community, both Muslims and non-Muslims, are invited to join in fasting for a day in order to demonstrate a hunger for change in Syria.
Tickets are being sold in Nord Hall atrium all week. Admission is $5 for undergraduates and $7 for others.
