Colleges Against Cancer/Relay For Life will hold a series of events as part of “Breast Week Ever,” Oct. 23-25, in honor of breast cancer awareness week.
On Wednesday, Oct. 23, the campus community is encouraged to wear pink.
On Thursday, Oct. 24, at 7 p.m., a speaker will discuss community health outreach and health disparities related to breast cancer in Thwing Center’s 1914 Lounge.
On Friday, student organizations and Greek chapters are invited to participate in “Hakuna Matatas” to raise money for their Relay For Life teams. Also, T-shirts and cookies can be purchased in Nord Hall throughout the week.
