Participate in American Radio Relay League Field Day

Join the Case Amateur Radio Club (W8EDU) for the American Radio Relay League’s Field Day, which highlights ham radios’ ability to work reliably under various conditions from almost any location and create an independent, wireless communications network.

The American Radio Relay League (ARRL) is the national association for ham radio. Hams from across North America ordinarily participate in field day by establishing temporary ham radio stations in public locations to demonstrate their skill and service. Their use of radio signals reach beyond borders and bring people together while providing essential communication in the service of communities.

Members of the CWRU community are invited to the Case Amateur Radio Club’s event June 28–29 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the University Farm’s Pink Pig building.
