Participate in Alpha Phi Omega’s annual philanthropy event “Jail ‘n Bail”

jail 'n bailAlpha Phi Omega invites the campus community to attend its annual philanthropy event, “Jail ‘n Bail,” Friday, Feb. 21, from noon to 2 p.m. in the Nord Hall atrium.

At the event, attendees can donate to “free” their favorite professors or keep them behind bars.

Whoever raises the most money will choose where the proceeds are donated.

Participants (and their corresponding charities) are:

  • Professor Bernie Jim: Hope Lodge of Cleveland
  • Professor Kevin Dicus: Citizen’s Leadership Academy
  • Professor Diana Driscoll: Multiple Sclerosis Foundation
  • Alpha Phi Omega President Hirsch Singhal: National Marfan Foundation
  • Professor Anthony Jack: Greater Cleveland Community Shares
  • Professor David Schiraldi: Alpha Chi Sigma
  • Undergraduate student Kerry Martenis: Cleveland Animal Protective League
