Access Services has announced new parking rates for the 2024–25 academic year. Specific rates for each lot are posted online. The new rates are effective July 1.
The discounts to eligible staff are as follows:
- Parking rates are discounted 27% for full-time CWRU employees with an annual salary less than $54,000.
- Parking rates are discounted 27% for part-time CWRU employees with an annual salary less than $27,000.
- RTA monthly passes are discounted 55% for full-time CWRU employees with an annual salary less than $54,000.
- RTA monthly passes are discounted 55% for part-time CWRU employees with an annual salary less than $27,000.
Case Western Reserve University employees are eligible for only one of these two discount options.
Faculty and staff purchasing new parking permits may buy them at Access Services located in Crawford Hall, Room 18.
Employees who already have parking deducted from their payroll don’t need to do anything, as their parking will roll over into the next fiscal year.
To receive the discount, you must use payroll deduction. Students working on campus are not eligible for this discount. Students can purchase parking online.
