Jennifer Madden, adjunct instructor at the Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences and a doctoral student at Weatherhead School of Management, recently had a paper accepted for presentation at the International Research Society for Public Management’s annual conference in Rome. Her paper, “Emotional Intelligence and Redesign: Innovations for Successful Cross-sector Collaboration,” was selected from more than 950 submissions.
