The Oracle calendar application will be discontinued July 31 and Google Calendar will become the university’s official calendaring system. To assist outstanding Oracle users as they transition to Google Calendar, Information Technology Services is providing deskside transition support and training. In addition, three Adobe Connect learning sessions will be conducted at connect.case.edu/google/. The remaining dates are:
July 14, 9-10 a.m.
July 28, 2-3 p.m.
These sessions will focus on demonstrating the ease and flexibility of scheduling events, sharing calendars and customizing Google Calendar interactivity.
