Operation Smile will hold its first general body meeting Sept. 20 in Wade Commons at 8:30 p.m.
During the meeting, attendees can learn more about the club, which brings awareness to the affliction of individuals with facial deformities. The attendees also can learn how to apply for fundraising committee leadership positions and enjoy free ice cream sundaes.
The Operation Smile University Club serves to educate, fundraise and volunteer. All profits are given directly to the national Operation Smile organization.
