The work of Julian Stanczak, world-renowned painter and pioneer in Optical Art, is being featured in a series of four exhibitions at Kelvin Smith Library. The opening reception for the third exhibit, “Substance and Illusion,” has been rescheduled for March 5, in the library’s newly renovated art gallery. Those interested in attending the reception should RSVP online.
The reception is an opportunity to meet and speak with one of the most prominent artists in Cleveland. The event will also feature remarks from Henry Adams, professor of American Art.
The exhibits are free and open to the public with valid photo ID during the library’s regular business hours.
