Old-fashioned microphone on stage

Open Mic Night

Student Activities and Leadership hopes to bring together members of the Case Western Reserve University community (students as well as faculty and staff) with diverse talents in one welcoming, laid-back setting for Open Mic Nights.

The first Open Mic Night of the year will be Thursday, Feb. 7, at 7 p.m. in The Spot (Leutner Commons).

Individuals of all skill levels are welcome to get on stage and sing a song, dance, play an instrument, recite a poem, or give the audience a laugh. All are welcome to either participate or to watch others perform.

Fair trade coffee and tea will be served along with desserts.

A microphone and keyboard will be provided, but those who need other instruments will need to bring their own.

Performances will be on a first-come, first-served basis, with no need to pre-register.
