Are you new to exercise? Are you unsure of proper equipment setup, safety or use? Are you using the correct weights, reps and sets to achieve your goals? Are you choosing the correct speed, elevation or heart rate zone?
One to One Fitness Center will offer small group introductory sessions to show individuals how to use the wide variety of equipment offered at the center and answer workout and exercise questions. A certified personal trainer will lead the sessions.
Three different sessions are available:
- Intro to Functional Training
- Intro to Cardio Equipment
- Intro to Machine Weights
All sessions are free and open to all; membership to One to One Fitness is not required.
Space is limited in the sessions; reserve a spot.
