One to One Fitness Center to host free in-person, virtual and recorded group exercise classes for students Jan. 23–31

One to One Fitness Center welcomes students to the new semester with free group exercise classes. Staying active during the expanded time at home is important for both physical and mental health.

Students can take advantage of free in-person, virtual and recorded group exercise classes Jan. 23–31.

Students can join in from anywhere for yoga, Pilates, Barre, Tai Chi, Qigong, HIIT, muscle conditioning, Zumba and more. The fitness center’s talented, certified exercise instructors design each class to challenge participants in a safe way that keeps them engaged and improves their fitness. They offer modifications for all fitness levels as well as suggestions on how to use household items or equipment for workouts from home.

Register using the following steps:

  1. View the online schedule in MINDBODY.
  2. If you do not already have an account, create one to participate
  3. Choose the “CWRU Student FREE Jan. 23-31” payment option (no charge) when prompted. You only need to make this purchase one time.
  4. Register for unlimited classes between Jan. 23–31.

All in-person classes are held at One to One Fitness Center and are limited for social distancing. Masks are required in class. All in-person classes are also streamed live, in addition to virtual-only classes. Recordings of virtual classes will be viewable for 24 hours for those who register.
