Everyone is invited to start the semester off by setting healthy habits with free guest weeks Aug. 24–30 at One to One Fitness Center. Virtual and outdoor group classes are included.
One to One Fitness Center offers 28,000 sq.ft. of cardio, machine weights and free weights, functional training, locker rooms, showers, a juice bar and private fitness rooms. To access the center, complete the guest form online in advance and bring their valid CWRU ID.

Participate in classes from anywhere in the world with virtual classes hosted through Zoom. All outdoor classes will be streamed live, in addition to virtual-only classes. Recordings of virtual classes will be viewable for 24 hours for those who register. Reserve your spot using MINDBODY.
