OhioLINK users may experience difficulties with online requests

Borrowers initiating an online request or renewal of OhioLINK loans may experience some difficulty, which may result in an unfulfilled request or OhioLINK fines. This is a known OhioLINK issue, affecting a small number of library patron accounts, and it is being addressed both by OhioLINK management and by the software developer.

In the meantime, Kelvin Smith Library is prepared to assist patrons with any error messages or account irregularities during this period.
