WKYC: Officer Mark Chavis, who helps pedestrians and drivers navigate one of the busiest intersections in Northeast Ohio, is profiled. “One thing about life around here is we’ve all got to pick each other up. And if my day starts off with getting these students going, getting them a little bit of encouragement in the morning, that starts the day off to be totally positive,” he said.
